Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Due to hygiene reasons, wigs, hair extensions, and other hair products that have been used, altered, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our support team at by emailing us here with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
- Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your item and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
